Making decisions about how — and where — you want to live often raises some important questions. That’s why we encourage you to “Just Ask.” You’ll find our staff at Fulton Presbyterian Manor eager to provide the information you need to make informed choices.

Here are three questions we’re often asked:

  • What does it cost to live at Fulton Presbyterian Manor and what is included in my monthly rate? Our rates vary depending on your level of care, the type of accommodations you select, and a variety of other factors. Your monthly accommodation fee covers costs common to all residents. These can include meals, utilities, 24-hour emergency response system, housekeeping and linen service, and interior and exterior maintenance. We can provide you with an Admissions Packet that includes a detailed list of services and rates along with a helpful Guide to help you compare the real cost difference between living in your own home and moving to Fulton Presbyterian Manor.
  • Will Medicare and/or other insurance providers help pay for the services we need? Some of the services we provide are billable to Medicare, depending on the living level and the most recent hospitalizations. For a more definitive answer, a Presbyterian Manor representative will be able to advise you based on your individual circumstances.
  • Do you have any openings? Although we frequently do have openings for new residents, we really can’t answer this question until we know what you’re looking for. With multiple levels of care and a wide range of services and amenities to choose from, Fulton Presbyterian Manor truly offers the opportunity to “live the way you want to live". Once we have a chance to visit with you in person and determine what that way is, we’ll know whether or not a suitable opening is available.
